Book one of our 5 Rooms, designed for optimal rest and comfort in the heart of nature. Built underground, they retain a much cooler temperature. Openings are designed to create a natural airflow between the private back patio and the front natural pool, where you can also enjoy a refreshing swim. In addition, ceiling fans are provided for extreme heat waves.

Each room features an integrated bathroom with a curved bathtub beneath a wooden-floored shower, and is clad in chestnut wood for extra comfort and rest. Altogether, they form the perfect complement to the Living Garden.

Each room offers:

• Private bathroom with WC, shower/bathtub, cotton towels, hairdryer, and sustainable, eco-friendly toiletries.

• Private patio to enjoy the outdoors with complete privacy.

• Flexible bed configuration: two single beds or one double bed. During the day, beds can be converted into sofas for extra space.

• Custom-made beds crafted from high-quality materials, dressed with organic cotton sheets, soft toppers, and warm duvets.

• Warm lighting with adjustable intensity.

• Radiant heating and cross ventilation.

• Two loungers, a small table, and a paraffin torch for the outdoor area.

Our Space · The Entire Complex

Discover El Riad de l’Empordà, an oasis of serenity where architecture blends with nature to create a “sensory living garden” in the heart of the Empordà. This retreat is designed to help you disconnect from the noise, embrace silence, and reconnect with your essence.

El Riad de l’Empordà can accommodate up to 14 guests, distributed across two levels:

• Garden Level (2,000 m² outdoor space): Expansive grounds with two cabin-style bedroom areas and an additional chill-out hut.

• Lower Level (283 m² outdoor space): Includes kitchen, dining area, naturalized pool/pond, and five round rooms each with a private back patio and unique personality, designed as sanctuaries of peace and tranquility.

The estate radiates the energy of the four elements—wind, fire, water, and earth—while integrating the nobility of iron and wood for a deep connection with nature.

For Groups · The Cabin-Style Dorm Rooms · Option 2

Two spaces inspired by the old vineyard huts: with low entrances that evoke traditional rural cabins and floor sofas with large cushions. The décor fuses Moroccan elements with the rustic style of Empordà huts.

One features a double bed, wardrobe, and full bathroom with shower, recycled sink, and WC. The second has no sofa but includes a large bathtub for two.

Shared Areas & Exclusivity

The dining room, kitchen, outdoor barbecue, and chill-out areas are custom-designed and reserved exclusively for guests renting the estate.

INDOOR SPACES

• Shared-use Full Equipped Kitchen:  In our shared-use kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals. We ask that, once you're finished, you leave it as clean and tidy as you found it, so everyone can enjoy it.

• Dining Room: With two large tables and an area of small tables surrounded by a custom-made U-shaped sofa. Includes two ceiling fans with lights and a granite stone floor with radiant heating.

• Utility Area: With sink and washing machine.

• Upper Chill-Out: Granite stone floor with radiant heating, large opening, and floor sofas with oversized cushions.

OUTDOOR SPACES

• Outdoor Dining Area: Spacious, with three tables and six wooden benches under cover, which can be joined to create one large table.

• Natural Stone Table: Surrounded by wooden benches.

• Outdoor Table: With four chairs, facing the indoor kitchen/dining area.

• Outdoor Kitchen: Equipped with Moroccan oven, barbecue, gas stove, sink, countertop, and mini-fridge.

• Large Relaxation Area: Wooden benches and tables under the trees, offering a cozy atmosphere and multiple natural spots for relaxation.

• Multi-Purpose Lower Area: With an adjustable canopy for shade.

• Viewpoint: Offering panoramic views of the Albera Mountain Range Natural Reserve.

• Natural Pool/Pond: With river-stone bottom, perfect for cooling off, and four upper water outlets creating a relaxing flow.

• Large Parking Area: Located at the upper part of the Riad.

• Recreational Grounds: Includes a football goal, pétanque area, and ping-pong table.
